Choose the name you want to show up on your profile and the email address and password you want assigned to you account.

Tap SIGN UP



  • Set your GENDER - Nursing mothers will be assigned additional BITES as per your chose plan.

  • Set you BIRTHDATE
  • Set your HEIGHT - you can choose Feet/Inches, Centimeters or Inches 

  • Set your WEIGHT- you can choose Pounds, Kilograms or Stones 

  • Set your GOAL WEIGHT - you can change this at any time in your Weight Loss Plan Settings.

If you are unsure of what to set your goal weight at, you can use the calculator to give you an idea - it considers your frame size as well as height & gender. Note that this will vary for everyone so be sure to work with your health provider to decide what is appropriate for you.



How active are you on a regular basis? Consider this to be the average of your day - not bursts of planned activity workouts. Set your DAILY ACTIVITY LEVEL



Once your basic personal information is save, iTrackBites will help you find the right personalized plan for you.


Identify your obstacles - what do you struggle with the most?

  • Not enough hours in the day?


Device if you want to start with the FREE version of jump right in with all the added extras of our PRO version. 
PRO gives you access to some exciting and essential features to make your journey to wellness even easier!


The app will recommend a plan for you to start on based on your answers. If you are unfamiliar with the programs - don't worry. You can change this at any time in your Weight Loss Plan Settings.



Losing weight is generally a better journey is you have others to engage with for support, advice, accountability and even just a touch of fun. As part of the onboarding process, the iTrackBites app will introduce you to the iTrackBites Community and prompt you to join a few Groups. Choose a couple of Groups that look interesting or could be helpful to you. 



The last component of onboarding is a short and helpful tutorial to assist you with tracking your first meal. Select what you had for breakfast, or use the Search bar to find additional foods, the select Next 



Enjoy the moment and celebrate your first achievement! You just tracked your first meal! 



LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT


If you already have an account and you need to log in for some reason - be sure to use LOG IN and not the SIGN UP button as this will create a new account for you.


Tap the LOG IN words in the top right corner.


EMAIL: Enter the email address you used during Sign Up. BE SURE THERE IS NO SPACE at the end of the address as this can result in an “Invalid Address” error.


PASSWORD: Enter the password you created during Sign Up.


FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD: This will allow you to request a new password reset. It can take a few moments for this request to be processed and for your to receive the password reset email.
